Western International University

Modi Apollo International Institute (MAII) is an initiative brought to India through a joint venture between the K.K. Modi Group and Apollo International Inc., USA. MAII is a centre of expertise, which provides value-added services in the field of higher education. MAII has brought to India accredited degree program of the Western International University, USA. (Website: http://www.wiuindia.com). Presently it has three state of the art learning centre in NCR and plans to open more centre's in India.

MAII has introduced in India a unique and internationally proven model in the field higher education through Western International University(WIU). The programs of WIU provide a broad educational foundation, including a focus on business and technology. They are designed to prepare students for different leadership positions in the global market.

WIU is a part of the Apollo Group, Inc., USA, the largest provider of higher education in USA with a market capitalization of over USD 13 billion and over 300,000 students and about 125 campuses. In addition to WIU, the Apollo Group owns and manages University of Phoenix, College for Financial Planning and Institute for Professional Development.

The K.K. Modi Group is a part of the USD 2.5 billion Modi Group having over 25,000 employees. The group has had strategic alliances & partnerships with some of the world’s most reputed companies such as ESPN, Philip Morris companies Inc., Walt Disney pictures and Hallmark Entertainment Network.

At Western International University, the focus is on business education. Each degree program provides a foundation in general education, followed by the fundamentals of business and then the specialty of the selected major.
