Dr. Pradeep Kumar Gupta is a Doctorate in Change Management and MBA in Finance and Marketing. He had got the illustrative corporate profile from being commissioned into the Meteorological branch of IAF and held the rank of Wing Commander. Also as the National Sales Manager, MODI GBC of USA( Sales & Business Development).

After positioned well in the industry he situated himself successfully into Academics by joining Indian Institute of Technology (IIT- Delhi) in the Center of Atmospheric Sciences and then Dean at ICFAI business Schoool, Gurgaon, Director , Adevent Institute of Management studies, Udaipur.

Currently, Dr. Gupta is providing training support to United Aviation Training, Gurgaon and Visiting Faculty to various Management Schools offering MBA and BBA degrees and various universities in India and abroad.

His glorified stint in the education industry can be explained by the fact that he possess two Doctrate degress ,both from International Universities namely The World University, USA and later from The International University , California , USA. A Mechanical engineer with a career profile of more than a three decade long now with companies like Enfield India, UP Twiga Fibreglass Ltd as Dy General Manager, Simba FRP Ltd as Director Marketing and with Shriram Honda (TQM Division) as Jt. GM and CEO.

A widely travelled man and also Fellow and Member to close to half a dozen reputed organizations like Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, India. Fellow of the United Writers Association, India. Founder Member and Treasurer- Total Quality Network, Delhi. Registered Trainer- Indian Society for Training and Development to name the few.

He is presently acting as a Consultant and a Visiting professor in the various management institutes offering MBA and BBA degrees and various universities in India and abroad.

Mr. Saumitra Mukherjee obtained his MPhil in Economics from University of Cambridge, UK and MBA Finance from Exeter University, UK. He has over 15 years working experience with TISCO, ITC Classic Finance Limited, Shaw Wallace, Haldia Petrochemicals Limited and has been teaching and sharing his corporate experience in the field of education at various Universities in India. He is currently a Management Consultant.

Mr. K.P Ramakrishnan obtained his .B.Tech (Chem. Tech) from IIT, Delhi, a prestigious University in India and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) and also holds Certificates in International Finance and Credit Administration from the American Institute of Banking, USA.

He has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Institute of Export taken through the Metropolitan College, Oxford University, U.K.. MBA, Finance from IGNOU. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Stanton Business School, New York, USA. He has published ‘Training in Banking’ in the book titled ‘Training And Development- A Sectoral Perspective’ published by the Oxford & IBH Publishing Co. in collaboration with the Indian Society For Training and Development. He has been working as a Consultant in the World Bank assisted Revised National TB Control Programme of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI. He has been visiting Western International university for teaching BBA and MBA courses since the past 5 years.

Captain Deepanjali Bakshi is a former short service commission officer of the Indian Army. She is presently employed as a Security Manager with the Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi. She secured her higher education abroad at a UK college. She has been a British Chevening scholar and has attended a Women in Leadership and Management course at the University of Bradford UK. She has also participated in the Changing Faces Women’s leadership Programme at the East West Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. Her other accomplishments include a WISCOMP (Women in Security Conflict Management and Peace) fellowship by the Foundation for Universal Responsibility of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, New Delhi where she worked on academic research project titled “In the Line of Fire- Women in the Indian Armed Forces”. Captain Bakshi has an enduring interest in human resource issues and its consequent education in the Indian Armed Forces and has published in renowned journals. She holds a master’s degree in English literature from the Jawaharlal Nehru University in India and enjoys sports and traveling.
