Head Finance and Company Secretary (1) - Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 10 years experience in Education/ Services/ Finance/ Insurance/FMCG industry. Must have analytical bend with hands-on experience. This is a senior management opening requiring exceptional managerial capabilities. Must be a leader willing to lead the team from front. Age Limit: 45 years

Dean Academics (1) - Doctorate in Management or similar discipline with minimum 15 years teaching experience in a management institute of repute. Must have proven ability to manage a large team of faculty and other academics staff. Key responsibilities include excellence in academic delivery, academic administration and rigorous course content development. Age Limit: 50 years

Chief Officer Marketing & Sales (2) - MBA (Marketing) from institute of repute with 8 to 10 years hands on experience in Business Development/ Sales/ Direct Marketing. Candidates from Education/ Insurance/ Finance/ Services industry with Six Sigma Black Belt/ Green Belt will be given preference. Age Limit: 45 years

Manager - Marketing & Sales(3) - MBA (Marketing) from institute of repute with 5 to 7 years hands on experience in Business Development/ Sales/ Direct Marketing. Candidates from Education/ Insurance/ Finance/ Services industry with Six Sigma Black Belt/ Green Belt will be given preference. Age Limit: 45 years

Deputy Manager - Marketing & Sales(3) - MBA (Marketing) from institute of repute with 3 to 5 years hands on experience in Business Development/ Sales/ Direct Marketing. Candidates from Education/ Insurance/ Finance/ Services industry will be given preference. Age Limit: 35 years

Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - HR & Administration (1) - MBA (HR) from institute of repute with 6 to 8 years generalist HR profile and general administration in Education/ Insurance/ Finance/ Services industry. Candidates must have high energy levels and willing to take challenging assignments. Age Limit: 30 years

Training Manager (1) - MBA with dual specialization in Marketing and HR from institute of repute with around 8 years experience in direct training, development of training modules, outsourcing of specialized trainers to train people across all functions and levels. Must have hands-on training experience. Age Limit: 35 years

Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - Media Relations and Corporate Communications (1) - Graduate in Mass Communication/ Journalism with three to five years’ hands-on experience in dealing with print and electronic media for release of advertisements, write-ups and press releases. Experience in liaison with ad agency and brand promotion will be an added advantage.

Assistant Librarian (1) - B.Lib with 2 to 3 years experience in managing Library in institute of repute. Should have working knowledge of Library management software. Age Limit: 30 years

Academic Counselor (3) - MA/ BA psychology with around two years experience in counseling, preferably in an education institution of repute. Job involves continued interaction with students, class and course scheduling. Age Limit: 30 years

Enrolment Counselor (8) - Minimum Graduates with two to three years experience in counseling, preferably in a management school. Job involves database calling, rigorous follow-up of prospects for conversion of leads in to enrolments. This is an exciting job with high incentives, besides salary. Age Limit: 30 years.
