Qualifications
You
must have a minimum of a Master's Degree and two years must have
elapsed since the Master's Degree. A Doctorate degree is preferred
you must also have at least five years of post-graduate work experience
in your field of expertise.
Candidate
Assessment
At
the candidate assessment, you will make a ten-minute classroom
presentation to a small group of students consisting of
selected faculty, staff members, and other candidates.
Your presentation is judged on the basis of content, organization, and
interaction with the students. You will also participate in
an individual content interview with a senior faculty member/Director (Academics) from your area of expertise. A one-page hand-written note on your philosophy on education,
photocopies of the Mark Sheets and Degrees, and a photocopy
of proof of your identity are required to be submitted with
the application.
